The filling stations company is actively introducing innovations into business processes. To solve the problem of maximizing revenues from the entire network, the company made the decision to use oneFactor technology based on Artificial Intelligence. Analytical service PriceRadar in real time forms price and product recommendations based on mobile operators’ data, information from WEB-partners, users’ fiscal data and data from mobile applications. So, for example, the service predicts which filling station the customer chooses at a given fuel price level and recommends the optimal price for increasing the total revenue from the chain.
Within the framework of the project, the Company used PriceRadar to form the optimal assortment matrix, conduct competitor analysis and make proposals for optimizing logistics costs. The increase in the sales volume from the filling station chain was achieved according to oneFactor recommendations based on the analysis of behavioral characteristics and preferences of potential customers. The optimal tariff proposals generated by PriceRadar stimulated additional demand for specific food items.
